What are some good colleges to go to if you want a science oriented career?

Ok, so I'm filling out my ACT papers and I've come to the part where it asks about sending things to colleges. What do I put!? I would like to persue a career in science but I don't know any colleges. Argh. Please help.

1. Most colleges have a good science program. Are you more into engineering or medical sciences? This is important to know. You shouldnt let that be the main deciding factor. Take into consideration: 1. Location. Do you have to go instate or can you go out of state? 2. Cost. A private school is going to be considerably more than a public one. Same with instate and out of state. You will pay almost double if you go to an out of state college. 3. Campus friendly. You should visit the college before you make your choice. Make sure it is a good place for you. 4. Academics. Do your grades/tests fall into the desired range (though they make exceptions)? Are they a good college for you? 5. Size. Do you like a big school or a small school? Do you want/need a lot of individual help or would you like to blend into a class of over 100? Also with this consider an urban setting or a rural setting. Whatever you choose to put doesnt really matter right now, you can always send your scores to other colleges after you take it for a small fee. Say you decide to apply to a college you didnt put down, on the website there is a place to send your scores. Talk with your parents too. Are they going to be paying for your college? Do they have limits on where you can go? They can also help you decide since they have been through the college process before. :) Good Luck to you, I just finished applying to colleges. Hard part is deciding where to go if youve been accepted to more than one, aha. :D
2. what state are you a resident of?you people need to tell where you live. its impossible to tell you what if i dont know where.just get curriculum catalogs from all colleges in your state then narrow them down to availability in your field of study
