what are some good colleges for a singing career?

I want to become a rock/pop singer, but I dont know which college to go to that will help me become more successful. iI have one choice, Berklee. the problem is that I dont know anything about Berklee. So can somebody tell me if it can help me, or can you suggest which college for me to go to?

College will not make you into a star. Go to college and do whatever you want, but you need time outside of class to craft your image and work on your vocal niche. Make a really good demo CD and send it off to some companies with nice photo packages. The music business is tough and continues to evolve. You may end up being self-published with all of your music being sold direct download. Good luck!
Indiana University (bloomington) has a fantastic music program, as well as a great Business school and lots of other options of majors. In my opinion, you should pick a major that interests you, and then double major or minor in music. No record label is going to turn you away because you don't have a music degree.
