Are there any colleges or career academies in Illinois that do not require a High School Diploma or G.E.D. ?

I was in a situation where I could not finish high school . I have taken the GED test two times , I passed the basics . It is actually a very hard test , plus there are two Constitution tests .I guarantee you if you where to give this test out to people say 30 years and older , 95% would not pass it .I cannot see anyone using half the useless garbage on there . Thanks

2. I don't think so. I'm pretty sure a High School Diploma or equivalent is a basic qualification for anything beyond that. Or am I going mad here?
