I wish to join some online degree college to do my masters. which is the best and cheap institution to do this? I was looking specifically at Colorado Technical University Online for this, but any other good institution will also do.

1. It all depends on what you want to do your masters in. Most schools these days offer some sort of on-line/distance learning program. You just have to search the schools your interested in to find which ones have what your looking for.
