Are these requirements good enough for getting a college for MS, what more can i do?

HI, i am from India, and these are my test scores and average percentile. GRE: 1320 -> 780-quant 540-verbal 3.0-AWA TOEFL-115 IBT Average Percentile till date- 79% with no back logs I have shortlisted my selection to the following 11 colleges:- 1.University of Minnesota,Twin City 2.Texas A&M 3.University of Chicago, Illinois 4.University of California, San Diego 5.Univ of Florida, Games ville 6.Georgia Tech 7.Arizona State 8.University of Colorado, Boulder 9.University of Texas,Arlington 10.Illinois, Chicago 11.San Diego State I would like to know if these colleges are safe or risky for my scores, also my notable achievements include:- 1. Published a book[NON-TECHNICAL] 2. Award from the President for work in the scouts movement 3. Done 2 projects so far. I am looking to get into the Computer Science field, and i am currently doing my BE in Electronics and Communication. Do my achievements help in my college application in any way, and also are the choices of college good enough, also could someone recommend any other good college which i can check out.   1. Your scores are good enough to get admission in good universities in US. All the universities you mentioned are good especially University of Minnesota, University of Chicago. University of Florida, University of Texas.
