Just a word to the wise that this site: http://www.ripoffreport.com has several posts from former students that were not happy with that school (one of the online, for-profit's), to say the least :) The general consensus is that unfortunately there are not supposed to be too many jobs for the medical coder or biller (or medical assistant) though not sure regarding the philadelphia area.
