1. You may visit the following website of Hebei Ploytechnic University in Tangshan city which is very near Beijing,the capital of China.That is www.beijingpoly.com.
2. Yes actually I have visited their website www.beijingpoly.com and its pretty informative. They have three courses in English 1) Bachelor of Computer Science, 2) Bachelor of Business Administration and 3) Bachelor of Communication Engineering. The tuition fee for most of the countries is only US$1975 per year and the Hostel fee is only US$500 per year. This is very good as compared to some of the other universities around Beijing. Actually their normal fee is US$3800but they have reduced it for the low income countries to US$1975. They are enrolling students for the September 2007 semester, so one should apply well in time.
