my brother is interested in playing division 1 college basketball but hes 26 and wondering about age limits??

hes 26 and a REALLY good basketball player. has great academic marks but never took advantage of college or university oppertunities. ready to go to school but wants to play division 1 basketball, is there an age limit?

1. theres no age limit but if hes 26 and wants to start playing basketball, its not tha smartest move ever he should just focus on school
2. your brother should follow his dreams! i didnt and i regret it everyday! theres no age limit.
3. Yes, he can play only if he has participated in some organized activity in the sport after coming out of high school. If he did not, he can't but if he was as part of the military, their eligibility remains open and there is no limit on age.
