If I take Physics, Engineering, Etc with my business major am I more likely to get a job @ lockheed Martin?

My major is in Business Administration - Management, if I take courses such as Physics, Engineering, and other courses that aeronautics and technological defense revolves around will I be more likely to get a Managerial job at a company LIKE Lockheed Martin? Specifically what classes do you think a company like LM would like to see their Mid and Upper Management take; besides their core business courses?

  1. I would look into it deeper and try to contact someone at LM, do that before even speaking with an adviser. Or try to contact someone in the field of your choice, and see how they came about to there positions, and if they would be willing to speak with you. Better yet, see if there are any alums from your college who have done what you are trying to do. That would be your best bet. Or speak with an engineering advisor, go to LM employment website, find a job that interests you and check out the qualifications. In general, I think an engineering degree alone would give you the best chance at a job at LM, but that depends on where or what you want to do. Either way having a business background, with engineering/physics is great. If LM doesn't work out, I am sure there would be other people looking to hire someone with this type of background. Well maybe not in this economy, so def. speak to someone in the field of your choice.
