masters degrees?

Are there masters degree's programs in third world countries? if so are they the same as the U.S? how Long would it take to earn one? (in another country)

1. There's lots of masters degree programs in countries all over the world. I would imagine most countries have one. Be warned though - the United States has the best education system in the world and degrees from other countries are not considered as good as degrees from the United States.
