I have done Ph.D in a criminology related topic in 2000. Want to pursue post doctoral in India?

I have done Ph.D in a criminology related topic in the year 2000 and am around 41 years old. I want to pursue a post doctoral degree in India ( I am a resident of india). can anyone help me with information?

1. I have a question for you, answer this instead: I f#uc#ked up for years of my life on a college degree which gave me a job as a technical architect which I never enjoyed anyway... Now I am taking a bachelor degree in mechatronics. I will be 28 years old when I finish my Master degree in Tokyo. I will be 32 years old when I finish my Ph.D. Is that old? Will it be difficult to get a job when I'm that old... 28??? I should have been 24.
