What are some in demand college degrees to get a work permit in the EU?

If someone wants to move to Europe but you can only be granted Citizenship if you have an in demand college degree or career? (To get an EU work visa, or to be given a green card of to become a full resident), then what are some in demand college degrees etc?

1. There are 28 countries in the EU, each country have their own citizenship laws. To get a work permit to work in any of the EU countries, firstly you have to get an offer of a job. The employer has to advertise the job in other EU countries before he/she decided can offer the job to someone from outside the EU. You would need to have good knowledge of a European language.
