Easy Division I schools to get into?

I have a 3.0 GPA (85 Average) so far and I'm a junior...I'm planning to get a 1200 on my SATs (Math & Reading). Do you guys have any suggestions to where I can get into? I want to get into a well known Division I school (basketball and football)...not as a player...but as a fan...I live and die for sports...it is #1 on my priorty list for college...not academics...I know that sounds bad but whatever.

1. any state university will take you , except california
2. University of Iowa and Iowa State are both Division I. Their minimum requirements are a 2.0 GPA and a 22 on the ACTs. I'm not even sure they look at SATs.
