I am looking for a joint on-line or local NY doctoral program in ed law and special education; can you help?

I was told there is a dual program in special education and ed law; I have searched all over the internet and can't find it. I was under the impression it was a suny school that offered it, but I am obviously mistaken.

1. if by ed law you mean practicing law, their is no ABA recognized on line program that will allow you to practice law in NY.
