Possibilities of Indian student attending distance learning in U.S?

I am a student in India doing my under-graduate course in English lit. Meanwhile i would like to do a distance learning course in Business administration or any other arts course. But browsing through i couldn't find any U.S university which allowed distance learning for Indian students. If you know any such university please provide links or info. If not about any university in others countries which offers such programs.

1. It is my understanding one must be accepted at a college or university before taking any courses, even online or distance learning classes. Be wary of scams: there are many phony schools that will take your money for online courses but the classes themselves are worthless. Be sure that any course you take is connected to an accredited institution. My last bit of advice is to check out accredited colleges or universities that offer classes online that would benefit you; maintain close contact with your academic advisor for assistance; and then apply to the school(s) that will most likely help you to achieve your goals. I've included a link to the California Virtual Campus for accredited institutions in California that offer online classes--but again, you must be accepted as a student at the institution before taking classes.
