reason of rejection You have sent us a letter from Central School of Professional Studies stating that your husband is a student there. However, I m not satisfied that he has have kept to the conditions of his student visa. Your husband was issued a visa in May 2005 to join a 12 month LLB coursed at St James Park Collage. His present course , an advanced diploma in Business Administration ( a lower level course to the one he wished to study and to what he has already achieved here in India), started in October 2006 and is not due to finish until March 2008. There is no evidence to corroborate that he ever attended the course he was issued for. There is no evidence to explain what he did between July 2005 and October 2006. From this, it is not unreasonable to conclude that he did not study in the UK for the first 15 months whilst he was in the UK.
