Diploma in Biz - Singapore Polytechnic or Ngee Ann Polytechnic?

Hi, there. I'm currently a sec 4 student and am planning to apply for the Direct Poly Admission (DPA). ANDAND, DPA's application will be closing tomorrow, 14 July, 4pm. Right now, I'm pretty sure that I'd want to take up a business related course upon my graduation. But I just couldn't make up my mind of which poly to choose. Oh yea, I'm considering either Ngee Ann Polytechnic(NP) or Singapore Polytechnic(SP), since they are the nearest to my house. I need your views/opinions on which poly to choose..SP or NP?.. Btw, im considering the following few courses: SP; -Business Administration (Marketing Management); -Business Administration (International Business and Trade); -Business Information Technology NP; -Business Studies; -Business Information Technology; -International Business; Share your views? Pls,pls, pls! Thanks in advance. :D

  1. well, the bigger questions would be - what would you want to do with that business diploma after graduation? - are u planning on furthering your studies after that ? (degree, masters, etc) - what kind of skills are you looking to acquire in the 3 years in poly? also checkout the websites to see what are the specs for the diplomas. Try and do as general a diploma as you can (Without specializations like marketing or hospitality etc), u can specialize if you decide to further your studies later on. Specializing at the poly level will limit your options in future (in terms of both career prospects n further studies) ermm.. that's about it i guess, i really don't know how to advise any further since i don't really know stuff like your academic calibre, future career ambitions etc. but well, good luck anyways!! 8)
