job opportunity for italian student?

i am studying in a Milan business school (Bicocca university) and my courses focus on administration. I ask you if i can work in the U.S.A..maybe New York?or other cities...tell me please... it would be better if I took a M.B.A? is it to expensive to live in america for me (given my profile)? ps: my girlfriend is a medical researcher, a laboratory technician...Does she have a good job opportunity? Here in italy Research doesn't give a great carrere opportunity thank you very much for the attention you give me

1. there are quite a few jobs in the bigger cities.. begin your search go to yahoo.com/hotjobs or monster.com and start applying.. your girlfriend will have fairly easier time locating work.. medicine is very big here.. as far as cost... depends on a few things such as what part of city you live and which city. from what i have heard though things are cheaper than europe...google the money denomination differences between the two and then goto relator.com and you can look for appartment and housing in areas of interest to see if you could be able to afford it.
