Do clinical Psychologists in New Zealand have masters degrees?

It seems like in NZ they don't require them to have doctoral degrees like they do here. Is this true? Any more info?

1. Psychologists in Australia are not doctors so I would say the same applys in New Zealand. Psychiatrists are doctors.
