Labor studies, doctoral program?

I wonder the ranking and requirements for doctoral program in labor studies. Please let me know at least how to find out the resources regarding my question. Thank you very much!

1. Unfortunately rankings for these abstract programs are usually difficult to find. I'd suggest looking for universities that offer Masters Degree programs in Labor / Industrial Relations, and typically you'll find PhD programs available. Cornell is always a good place to start, and usually the top school for this area of focus.
