Finding a Doctoral Program?

I am interested in getting a PhD/EdD in Educational Studies but I am having trouble finding schools that offer (either online or regular classes) it. Does anybody know of any colleges that offer this program besides the University of Cincinnati?

1. I'm finding it a little hard to believe that you can't find schools that offer a PhD or EdD in education. I can't think of any major research universities that do NOT offer the degree. The following link below will bring you to US News's rankings of graduate programs in education.
