help! academic appeal?

this is my first year in college and i've taken on many responsibilities. i've become a club president, student government association senator and representative, i've join five other clubs and carry out each of my duties with them. even though with all of this extra stuff, i still find time for my grades. i'm making almost straight a's(got one b) and d in english. i feel i don't deserve this d. the teacher told me she doesn't really grade my work she just marks for wrong answers. for some reason i cant get an a in there and english is my best subject. since i've been in the class she's cussed me out, told me writing is illogical(which isn't true, won many awards for my writing,featured in newspaper, and place very highly in state tests) and i received nothing but 30s,40s, and 55s. she's refuse to help me serveral times on big reseach papers,(got outside help from school writing center, which resulted into me getting an 40) and for our final exam(which was due one day after we recieved it), everyone chose to the easy essay about writting(one page) while i chose the to write a sequal for a play(15 pages) which still didn't get me an a, my overall grade for this was an 62 and it's stopping me for going to english 2. the only way i was told how to fight this was visit the head of chairs over her division(who also shares an office with the teacher im fueding) and write an appeal . i no experience in this kind of thing, and i wouldnt know what to include and what to exclude........

1. I share your pain. My suggestion would be to pretend your writing a paper. Present the problems in a logical order with a nice conclusion on why you think this is a problem and what should be done about it. As for what to include, I would put in all the problems, including the "cussing out". I hope things work out.
