What kind of career training/opportunities do they offer...?

at Job Corps? If anyone has had experience here, could you let me in on what it is like? thanks.

Boo, I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I believe that it is more along the lines of skills that will enable you to obtain a job. things such as resume writing, interviewing skills, budgeting and time planning for your job search, locating jobs through the "Hidden job market", things like that. don't expect them to actually train you for a specific job or for them to find you one. they just give you ALL the resources to land one and hopefully keep it. They may even place you in a temporary job for a short period of time to hone you employment skills and give you a bit of extra experience for your resume. Brightest Blessings, Raji the Green Witch
