Does anyone know of any schools for make up artist training?

I'm trying to help my sister find schools that provide make up artist training. She is currently a cosmetology student and wants to further her career with training as a makeup artist. Schools along the East Coast are preferred. Thanks in advance. Not cosmetology schools as they will give the exact education she already has; I need beauty schools that provide make-up artist training, which is why I am having difficulty finding schools for her.
