What are some good, quick, online certificate programs in business or other useful subject?

I have a Master's degree in Public Administration and have taken certification courses to teach English as a Foreign Language (in the event that I find a good doctoral program abroad) and through FEMA to become a Crisis Manager. I'm just looking for something to fill the time. What are some other good online certificate programs that I could complete in 6 months or less if I wanted to that would actually teach me something useful about business (I want to start a nonprofit or other business) or something just fun that might pepper my all ready pretty impressive resume.
