Is there any differences between a BS Business vs. a BS Business w/ concentration in accounting?

Is there any differences between a BS Business vs. a BS Business w/ concentration in accounting? The BS Business, a degree where student take various business courses such as (accounting, marketing, information science, etc). While the BS Business w/ concentration in accounting has core business classes, where you take all type of business classes. Afterwards you'll have to take specify courses in accounting. Example: UCB vs. SFSU's Business Administration Major.

  1. If you want to do accounting, DEFINITELY use the concentration. I think that a concentration in accounting will do nothing but help you in any way, even if you don't do accounting. Business majors are swarming the nation, but making it specific will single you out.
