Neuropsychology Doctoral Program?

I'm currently an undergraduate sophomore studying psychology and biology. I'm thinking of doctorate in neuropsychology. How many years does it take to complete the graduate program? What are colleges looking for in applicants? What tests do I need to take? And what are some good schools for neuropsychology?

Public Comments

  1. GPA, GRE, anywhere that will accept you! Volunteer. 5-8 years for PhD.
  2. It takes about 3-4 years. Applicants must have completed a three-year program in psychology accredited by the Australian Psychological Society (APS), with at least at a B average or equivalent across all years and an APS-accredited fourth-year program in psychology at an honours grade of at least upper H2A or equivalent. There is also an interview, which is the final criteria for selection. What tests do I need to take? Applicants should also have completed one of the following English language requirements: English for Further Studies Advanced Stage 5B certificate at undergraduate level with 70 per cent; IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0, with no individual band score less than 6.0; TOEFL, with scores of 575 (paper-based test), 233 (computer-based test) or 88 (internet-based test).
