University of the Philippines?

does the university of the philippines offers the course bachelor of business administration major in marketing management? ...and also, what are the requirements in passing their entrance test? Im living in the visayas but i want to study in UP diliman after graduating high school.... is that possible? how? where can i possibly take the test/s? do they offer dorm for college freshmen? what kind of scholarships do they offer? how much would you pay for tuition (regarding to the course)? please help....i really really wanna know the answers to these questions.... thanks and gos bless!!!=)
