Colorado Technical University

I'm about to start community college and would like advice on what to major in

I'm going to get my AA and then transfer. Based on the AA major list I have narrowed down my choices. Considering what I am good at, I have decided on Accounting, because ever since a young age I have been a freak at math. I looked a little bit closer at the required classes and such, and discovered that Accounting, Business Administration, Economic (Business), and Finance/Marketing all have the same required courses but different recommended electives. I've decided to start on the required and choose what I want to transfer in at a later time. However, I recently looked into Information Technology because that term seems so vague and non descriptive to me I decided to look into. From what I have found it seems to be like business with a little computer programming. Computers have always been one of my strong sides as well, it was always so easy to me. Any ideas or advice on what I should consider doing in the long run? I still have plenty of time to make up my mind but when the time comes to decide, I want to be sure. Thanks in advance.

  1. business would be the ideal, a lot of work opportunities, international business or something, you need a lot of math.
