Miami University-Oxford,is it difficult to get GPA of 3 at College of Business Administration (CBA)?

Hi everybody , I am an international students going to study for obtaining my BS degree in Finance at Miami University - Oxford , OH . One of the requirements to enroll in upper level courses at (CBA) is to attain a GPA of 3 or more in the courses you have studied before enrolling in upper level courses . My question . is it difficult to get a GPA of 3 at Miami University ??
