is ther a difference between business office administration and business administration ?

I am currently enrolled in a business office administration program but i am looking on how i can further expand my career and education and berkley city college offers a business administration program that has some different courses to what i already have and is a bit higher paying career but still about the same so would it be worth it to take the course for a major in business administration or would it be the same thing as business office administration?

1. my understanding is that business administration is more like financial management courses where office administration is pc skills, and what we used to call secretarial skills.
