What is the correct form of 'postsecondary'?

I'm writing a personal statement for college, and I want it to be error-free. However, I've asked numerous people and I never get the same answer. If I'm trying to talk about post-secondary education, do I use 'postsecondary', 'post-secondary', or 'post secondary'? This has been wracking my brain for days.

1. Post-secondary looks much better and is probably correct. Post is Latin for 'after'.
2. Although they are both used in the US and UK, more often it is postsecondary commonly in the USA and post-secondary in the UK.
