- DeVry is like ITT Tech. It has virtually no respect with employers. The best online schools have a regular campus as well.
- Your best option would be to find a "real" university that has an online degree for what you want to do. The "online" schools are not respected and won't transfer to a 4 year school.
- You're much better off going to a on-campus program than on-line in any kind of computer-related field. DeVry is much better than ITT. It's true that many DeVry degrees are worthless, but the Computer Engineering Technology degree is TAC/ABET-accredited, which means the degree is legitimate and courses are transferable. Also, DeVry BSCET degree holders are eligible for NICET Certification. If you absolutely must take a degree on-line, Gratham University is a well-established on-line provider with a more or less decent reputation for its BSCET (but its degrees are not TAC/ABET- or NAIT-accredited).
