Looks like it will be Kyung Yano who entered medical school in 2003 at age 12, other wise the other according to Guinness World Records, a 17-year-old Noshua Watson of Silver Spring, graduated from medical school in New York in 1995 & Seventeen-year-old Balamurali Ambati graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1995.
2. I believe the youngest ever PhD was in his early teens.
