Are Masters degrees from Australia (in business) respected in England?

I saw that a lot of Australian universities offer general Masters in Business, not MBA's. I was wondering how these degrees are regarded in England. Is there any difference to just having your bachelors in business or would this degree from Australia signifantly enhance one's resume?

1. You would have to sound out employers to find out. I know of a fully qualified american architect who could not join RIBA until he had passed the required UK courses.
