Is this good way to send more people to college for free?

What if each county hired 10 professors for a 4 year liberal arts program and taught at the county career centers already in operation. Then have a 1/2% tax added to social security and have a 3 year graduate and doctoral fund to go even higher education for everyone. Note if you wanted a specialized undergraduate degree you would still need pay for it your self. This would not have the funding issues of the Canadian and European plans.

4. "Is this good way to send more people to college for free?" is as far as anyone need read your question. It can't be done. It's impossible. there WILL be costs. What you are in fact suggesting is that I should be able to send guys with guns and badges to force YOU to cover my education. You are therefore claiming you are my property. What ever filled you with such complete self-loathing? Of course, maybe you meant to suggest YOU have a right to send guns and badges to force ME to cover you. In that case you are claiming I am your property and you are therefore cordially invited to suck a fart out of my ass. Don't bother objecting. You absolutely cannot defend your suggestion without necessarily claiming a man is NOT his own property. Obviously you're a Democrat.
5. Education is great but why do you think I should have to pay for yours.I paid for mine and you should pay for yours.How about telling YOUR parents that with each pay check they get THEY put 1/2% into a fund for you so you can go to college.Nope I don't want anymore of my tax dollars going to someone else.
