How important is choosing a graduate program where the majority of the faculty have PhD's?
I was interested in a Master's program at an artsy-school but I realized that about 90% of the faculty members are not PhD's. Especially if I am interested in applying to a Doctoral program afterwards, is that going to be problematic since these are the people who are writing my recommendations?

- Go to where there are Ph.D. degrees... Where are you applying, by the way? Even Art Schools have faculty with Ph.Ds.
- All that the doctoral schools care about is that your school is accredited. If it is, it is fine.
