Who was right? was the Sallie Mae career training loan discharged in Chapter 7. If so, what steps?

follow up about Sallie Mae Career Training loan in Bankruptcy sorry, was supposed to be an add to a discussion re: whether or not a private student loan Sallie Mae Career Training Loan would still be dischargeable in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Some folks said No. Then the poster came back and stated that S.M. that particular type may be dischargeable. I am trying to find out if anyone has successfully discharged such a loan.

1. Right about WHAT? Do you mind on telling us the WHOLE story so we know that the heck you are talking about???
2. Unfortunately, the majority of student loans such as the Sallie Mae Career Training is not dischargeable under any bankruptcy procedure. Sorry about that.
