Is it possible to get a job in IT without any college degrees?

I am college student going for a associate degree in IT and I just want to know if people can get a job in IT for a part time/full time either one without any college degrees. If so, they how?

1. well if you have an associates you can find an entry level position relatively easily. with no degree or training certificate (like from ITT tech or devry type places) it would be harder. also, without a minimum of a bachelors, you won't have much room to move up at all. good luck
