What can I do with two Masters degrees? One in Public health the other in engineering?

In two or three years I will have a MS in Environmental Engineering and a Masters of Public Health from UT- Medical School. There are already some chosen career fields for us here but I want to know just what the general impression of someone with those two degrees is. What routes would you guys take?
