Is it wrong to view people without college degrees as second class people?

Some of the people I work with talk down to people without degrees, and there are times when I, too, feel like anyone with one isn't really a person though I don't really mean to. Is is wrong to view non-college people as lesser beings?

1. It's wrong to treat people as second class no matter what.
2. I think it is wrong. Some people just aren't meant for college, while others seem to just breeze right through it. As long as someone has a plan for their life, even if they don't have college, they can be successful. But someone without a plan that gave up on college, well I think they deserve to be looked down upon.
