What kind of jobs can I get if I take Business Administration, major in Marketing?

I'm trying to decide on what course I should take for University. I eventually want to have my own business, but of course I need money first so I should have a job. So what kind of jobs could I get if the course I've taken is BA, major in Marketing? And what kind of pay is that?
