Is it possible to have multiple concentrations for Masters degrees?

I am currently double majoring in Sociology and English and will be getting my BA next Spring. I was hoping to someday do something with professional writing, but am not quite ready to stop studying sociology. I will be applying for grad school soon and hope to get a masters, but I can't decide just one focus. Is is possible to have multiple concentrations in grad school? what would you suggest I do?
