US Career Institute, does anyone know?
I wanted to take their Massage Therapy course online. The only issue is that the 200 hours of hands on training is only available in Colorado. I live in Maryland. There is no way I can go to Colorado. It seems as if this part is optional, but it's confusing because it also says that this is the final course and it prepares you for graduation. Does anyone know if you can get the diploma without the 200 hours of hands on training?

- Even if you could get the diploma, you couldn't get your license in the state of Maryland. It would be a complete waste of time and money. Maryland requires you to go to an approved school. Here are the requirements:
- I can tell you the school is fully accredited and as such recognized nationwide and worth considering for further training. However, massage is one of those areas where states or local municipalities can make their own rules. Since each state may have individual requirements you need to call the state board first to find out what [Maryland] requires. If they need details about what this school offers in the program the shcool can send you info typically about the details of their course. It may be up to you to compare that to what your state requires. The website listed by Sabeena - seems like a good starting point but in the words of Ronald Regan 'trust but verify'
