are there any free job training programs?

I am disabled on my left side so i cannot join the military, but is there any career training program out there that is free?

1. Have you tried your job or career center. Look under your state gov. web site as it is state and federally funded. They might be able to direct you to disability money for training too. Check out the American Disability Act people in your state too. Good luck.
