would a certificate in business administration help me?

I am doing a general science (Bachelor of science) degree and my two areas of focus are bio and economics. My uni also offers a 6 month business administration certificate, and because I am taking economic (business courses) I can use them and take a few extra to achieve this certificate. would it be a good incentive to take it? do you recommend it? would it help with job finding? any advice would be appreciated thanks!

1. I would suggest it. If you'll only have to take a few more classes in order to get the certificate, then it's definitely worth it. The job market is tough and very competitive. Any "up" you have on the "competition" is a huge plus. After I got my degree and got as many certifications as I could just so I could make my resume look "fancier". You want to stand out from the rest of the people who will be applying for the same jobs you will be. Plus, the more education you have, typically the more money you are offered and/or the better chance of career advancement. Good luck!
