good business administration courses?

I'm in 1st year college and a major in accountancy . I don't think i can still handle it and i want to shift courses. i know it's really a good course, but i don't dream of becoming an accountant. i want to be a general manager/ CEO/ part of the board of directors or something like that. what kind of courses could make my way to those? or if i chose marketing and advertising, what kind of job could i have? thanks in advance..
