Where can I earn a good online doctoral degree in IT?

I will be finishing up my master's degree in a couple of years and I was looking to where I could go to earn a doctoral degree online. I am moving around a lot, so a brick and mortar school is not an option. I was looking at maybe Nova Southeastern University or Colorado Technical University Online. I would like to specialize in some field in IT, as my master's degree will be in IT security. Does anyone have any suggestions?

As it is accredited by the higher learning commission and as a member of North Central Association so getting a PhD from this university would be a good option.
