Where can I go to earn credit and career training?

Okay. Now I'm a 15 yr. old freshman, turning to be a sophomore next year in high school. So, I want to start my career training right now over my summer vacation. I want to take a course in Computer programming and Computer security at a community college. I live in Lilburn, Gerogia. So which training center can I go to to pursue my training? which place has reasonable training fees?
