Best doctoral program to specialize in Asperger's and Autism Spectrum Disorders?

Hi Everyone, I have my masters in Elementary School counseling, Bachelors in psychology, and I want to go back for my PhD, specializing in autism and aspergers. What do you think would be the best program for me? Clinical Psychology? Thankyou!

1. Behavioural science would be a good choice. I don't know where you live but in my area there are a few colleges that offer post grad certificates in autism and behavioural science...just something you could do on the side.
